A traditional and upscale corporate image and an abbreviated schedule for occupancy were the challenges facing us on a 240,000 sf relocation of Kemper’s Securities Group. The interior buildout coincided with the completion of the building itself and required Team TAP to document, coordinate and assist on-site to meet their schedules.
