A confidential client that specializes in commercial kitchen equipment needed a space to demonstrate and test experimental kitchen equipment prior to bringing it to the market place. The space needed to function as a client/customer destination for product and cooking demonstrations and as a full prep kitchen, lab space and office space for the employees. The 7,000 sf required a flexible a MEPFP infrastructure and associated architecture to present kitchen equipment sourced globally.
