A vacant, freestanding single story building in the heart of the Chicago loop stayed unoccupied for many years. With vision and endurance, our clients transitioned the space from an old office into a warm, inviting destination restaurant and bar. Due to limited space the kitchen had to be placed one level below, where an additional lunch delicatessen was also created to service the noon hour crowd.
