Bank of America

Retail Banking Centers

Bank of America hired JONES LANG LASALLE to manage their real estate expansion in the Chicagoland area. TAP had already been providing architectural services on BOA’s Chicago headquarters and soon thereafter TAP began to assist with new branch development.

TAP designed Bank of America’s first prototype LEED certified building within the City of Chicago. This gives BOA pre-authorized LEED designation on future banking centers in the city.

TAP’s involved with many new retail initiatives for Bank of America. When they acquired LaSalle Bank, TAP also assisted converting LaSalle branches into Bank of America.
