TAP provided GROSVENOR INTERNATIONAL with master planning and design services in conjunction with anchor department store additions, GLA expansion, parking and zoning revisions and redesign of all existing common area spaces.

Today, the makeover is complete. TAP not only provided master planning, entitlement, design and engineering services for the MACY’S and fourteen theatre AMC CINEMA additions, but was also architect for the $15 million interior and exterior mall renovation.

Actually TAP’s relationship with Northbrook Court goes back to its inception. Principals at TAP served as designers and architects on the original building.
