A Fortune 500 company that produces fasteners and components, equipment and consumable systems and specialty products engaged TAP as the Lead Architect for the complete redevelopment of a 56-acre corporate campus consisting of 3 buildings with over 500,000 sf of corporate office along with a Fitness Center, Parking Garage, Full Service Cafeteria, Board Room/Conferencing Center and Office space for over 750 employees. For over a year, TAP worked directly with the confidential client staff to gain a detailed understanding on the project requirements and programming needs. The phased construction was sequenced over a 3 year period

• The existing +45 year old 6 story and 4 story buildings were demolished back to the existing structure and perimeter walls.
• An extensive zoning and planning review process was completed with the city of Glenview.
• Majority of the MEPFP infrastructure was replaced and redesigned.
• Main Entrances and all campus structures were retrofit with current code compliant exiting requirements.
• Completed project provided a more efficient workspace, energy conscience design and improved interior and exterior employee amenities.
